AMIRIX Joins the TimeSys Systems Integrator Partner Program

AMIRIX to work with TimeSys customers and hardware partners in the
delivery of custom embedded Linux kernels, drivers and applications

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA July 19, 2004 - AMIRIX Systems Inc., a leading provider of embedded development services, announced today that they have joined the TimeSys Systems Integrator Partner Program. As a TimeSys Systems Integrator Partner, AMIRIX will offer TimeSys customers in-depth embedded Linux kernel, driver and application development services to port and customize the Linux operating system and Linux software development kits to embedded platforms. Additionally, as a TimeSys partner, AMIRIX will have access to the most up to date, proven Linux technology components, development and testing tools, and online development resources.
